Spring Book Sale Raised $25.8K

The Friends of the Library twice-yearly book sales do not happen over night. Preparation for the next sale begins before the last sale ends. Collection of books is ongoing, and it takes a team of Friends volunteers several days to sort, order and otherwise process the thousands of books donated.

According to Nancy Doutt, organizer of the sales, the spring event raised $25,828, the second highest total ever for a single sale. To see a few images from the sale, click here.
