The places we serve ...

The Southeast Steuben County Library serves a population of 34,000 in the City of Corning and six towns: Campbell, Caton, Town of Corning, Erwin, Hornby and Lindley.

Once known as the Land of the Painted Post, our service area is the birthplace of fiber-optics and many other glass-related technologies. We are a center of research & development, industry, arts & culture, agriculture and tourism.

The people who use our Library are the people who change your world.
