Book Sale Schedule - The Fred & Harriett
Taylor Memorial Library holds several book sales during the course
of each year.
The biggest one is always held on the 3rd weekend of August on the same weekend as the
Hammondsport village
Craft Festival. Other smaller sales will be held as we get enough
donations. Book sales will be announced on this page and in the
local newspapers as well as with posters around the library and in
the village of Hammondsport. All proceeds from the sales go to the
library.
Book Donations
- Donations of books, audio books, paperbacks, movies, music and
puzzles will be gladly accepted during library open hours. We
greatly appreciate these donations as our book sales are our biggest
fundraising events of the year. Please
do not donate encyclopedias, magazines or big collections of
Reader's Digest Condensed Books as these do not usually sell.
Receipts for donated materials are available upon request.
