Jasper Free Library to provide an open and non-judgmental environment in
which individuals will have free access to ideas and information. It will: 1. Serve all who wish to come, as a center of reliable information. 2. Provide opportunity and encouragement for children, young adults, and adults to educate themselves continuously. 3. Create opportunities for recreation and personal enrichment. |
