Wonders of the Universe
by Edwin F. Kindler II
Fire,
Light,
Heat,
Sound.
Wonderful things,
Needed, but disastrous.
Longed for, and hated.
A house burned down,
The best part of camping.
Fire.
Something a blind man longs for,
Bright in your eyes.
Light.
Agony, pain burning your skin,
Warming a small house at night.
Heat.
A beautiful song, lifted on high,
Too many loud noises, making you deaf.
Sound.
Four things, not solid, liquid, or gas.
A blessing, and a curse.
But all needed.
