Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Technical Support Information
Support type and period:
Unlimited Toll-Free Support: Begins when you receive your equipment and extends for a period of one year.
Limited Toll-Free Support: Begins one year from when you receive your equipment and extends for a period of two years. Your may place 20 incident calls per year for two years to the toll free number, for a total of 40 calls. Additional incident packs may be purchased each year for a nominal fee.
Toll-Free Upgrade Support: Begins when you receive the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation software upgrade pack and extends for a period of 30 days. Up to two software upgrades will be provided during year two or year three. Call regarding implementation of a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation software upgrade do not count against your 20 incidents for that year.
