WE ARE
We are the Southern Tier Library System, a cooperative public library system in upstate New York. We provide a wide range of services to the public libraries in 5 counties--Schuyler, Yates, Steuben, Chemung and Allegany. Dedicated librarians from throughout the system have developed Kids’ Corner to help:
children find information and fun on the Internet
parents, teachers and other adults find assistance in working with children
librarians find reference help, program ideas, and information about other libraries
