I am sure at one time or another, you have helped out a library user requiring some type of job seeking assistance within your library. JobNow is an electronic resource (provided by the Steele Memorial Library through Central Book Aid funding) which offers various tools to help the job seeker. Some highlights include:

a resume lab in which a user can submit their resume for expert feedback,
and a live job coach to ask questions about preparing and applying for employment.
