This is a part time level 3 position, working under the direct supervision of the ILS & Technical Services Manager. This position is responsible for providing and maintaining bibliographical access to the STLS databases, providing support to ILS-related activities and training member library and System staff.
Associates degree, relevant library experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience sufficient to perform duties of the position.

The library system seeks an energetic candidate with a passion for providing administrative and accounting support services in a professional, high functioning office environment that supports the work of forty-eight public libraries across a five-county area.
This is a level 4 part time, non-exempt, professional position serving in a leadership role within the Division of Library Sustainability. The Accounting Manager provides support to library system administration relative to all aspects and approaches of accounting, budgeting, reporting, insurances, and elements of human resources. Areas of specialization include: accounting software, accounts payables & receivables, payroll, reporting (local, state and federal), independent audits, organizational insurances, NYS pension and retirement accounts. The Accounting Manager reports to the Executive Director and oversees the work of the Account Clerk.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or Associates degree with relevant accounting experience or equivalent combination of training and experience sufficient to perform duties of the position.
