Our Vision
We absolutely believe in the power of libraries to positively effect their communities. When New York State’s cooperative public library systems were founded sixty years ago, it was to increase equitable access to resources. The Southern Tier’s libraries decided STLS would be their resource and support. We strive to help you bring excellence in library service to every community in our region.
