The Bolivar Free Library will be closed throughout the month of September for an exciting construction project. They’re adding an elevator!

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to take a selfie with the library in the background and show it to library staff at your next STARQuest tour stop. They’ll be happy to give you a sticker for your visit to Bolivar.

Join the Southern Tier STARQuest! Visit as many of the Southern Tier Library System’s 48 member library locations as you can from July 1st to September 30th.

To participate, pick up a map from your local library. Maps will be available beginning on Monday, July 1st. Use your map to track your library visits – be sure to get the official sticker at each stop – and earn prizes along the way! When you hit a milestone stop, let the library staff know so that you can collect your library swag. Milestone stops include: 5, 10, 24, and 48 libraries.
