At a Glance The Belmont Free Library provides a variety of materials and services to help community residents obtain reliable information meeting their personal, educational, professional, recreational and cultural needs. The library serves as a learning and educational center for the residents of the community and features current, high interest materials in a variety of formats for persons of all ages. The secondary role of the Belmont Free Library is to serve as a resource for preschool and school-aged children, their parents and teachers. By providing materials and programs for children, the library strives to encourage life-long library use.
